1. Current situation

type II FC2 resin based heat transfer ribbon: suitable for paper, polyethylene film (PE), polyvinyl chloride film (PVC) and other materials; Temperature range: 110 ~ 160 ℃; Features: clear printing, strong adhesion, but with slight adhesive tape
type III FC3 resin based heat transfer ribbon: suitable for aluminum foil (AL), polypropylene film (PP), polyester film (PET), polyethylene film (PE), polyvinyl chloride film (PVC) and other materials. Temperature range: 110 ~ 160 ℃; Features: the performance is the same as scf900, but the adhesion is slightly worse than scf900 ribbon
type IV scf900 resin based heat transfer ribbon: suitable for aluminum foil (AL), polypropylene film (PP), polyester film (PET), polyethylene film (PE), polyvinyl chloride film (PVC) and other materials. Temperature range: 120 ~ 180 ℃; Advantages: excellent abrasion resistance, clear printing, cooking resistance, and freezing at minus 20 ℃

4.1 test principle
the sample is clamped between the two collets of the fixture, and the two collets move relative to each other. 7. Conclusion
from the above test results, the stripping force of 25 mm ribbon is greater than that of 30 mm ribbon, indicating that the ink layer adhesion ability of 25mm ribbon is higher than that of 30 mm ribbon, and 25 mm ribbon is not easy to cause the phenomenon of film falling off compared with 30 mm ribbon.
